Light Up Your Holiday with the Queen of Green!
Big Gay Hudson Valley and Superior Sounds are making your holiday merry and bright as we bring Hedda Lettuce back to Poughkeepsie for a one-night-only performance on Friday, December 18th.
Doors open at 7pm, and the show starts at 8:30pm.
Ms. Lettuce’s crisp comedy and witty song parodies have made Lettuce Rejoice into a festive traveling celebration that has been a hit for over a decade. Look forward to hearing such twisted seasonal favorites as “Frosty The Snowman”, about a randy gay snowman and his corn cob pipe, and the classic “Let It Snow”, chronicling an indulgent night full of love, libation and over indulgence. These, plus so many other holiday parodies along with Hedda’s personal take on the most wonderful time of the year, make this a perfect gift for all of your loved ones.
Tickling the ivories during Lettuce Rejoice will be the very talented Paul Leschen on piano.
Don’t miss the show’s after party – Tossed Salad – hosted by Ryan Keith at Bar Forty Nine in Downtown Poughkeepsie - immediately following the show!
Refreshments, provided by Mill House Brewing Company, will be available before and during the show. Lettuce Rejoice is a 90 minute show with no intermission. Lettuce Rejoice contains adult themes and language and is only open to those 18 years of age or older.
